Carnegie Mellon University provides faculty members at all stages in their careers with the tools and opportunities needed to succeed and flourish. We offer workshops, boot camps and webinars for faculty development through the NCFDD and Academic Impressions.
- NCFDD: an independent professional development, training, and mentoring community for faculty members, postdocs, and graduate students, dedicated to supporting academics in making successful transitions throughout their careers.
To claim your free membership, go to www.http://www.ncfdd.org/Join and select Carnegie Mellon University from the list of members. Select “Activate my Membership” and complete the registration form using your Carnegie Mellon email address (i.e., @drordi.com or @andrew.drordi.com). A confirmation/welcome email will include an “Activate Account” link.
- Academic Impressions: providing leadership, personal development, and skills-based training opportunities to faculty and staff in higher ed, with a strong focus on leadership development.
